Hangman

Objective

Guess the hidden word by selecting letters before the hangman drawing is complete. You have 6 incorrect guesses before the game is over.

Rules

• A random word is chosen and displayed as blank slots
• Select a letter from the keyboard or type on your keyboard
• Correct guesses reveal all instances of that letter in the word
• Incorrect guesses add a body part to the hangman figure
• Guess the full word before 6 wrong guesses to win

Difficulty Levels

• Easy — Short common words (4–5 letters)
• Medium — Moderate words (5–7 letters)
• Hard — Longer or less common words (7+ letters)

Controls

• Click or Tap — Select a letter from the on-screen keyboard
• A–Z — Type a letter on your keyboard
• Enter — Start a new game

Tips

• Start with common vowels: E, A, I, O, U
• Then try common consonants: T, N, S, R, L
• Look at the word pattern to narrow down possibilities
• Use the hint button if you get stuck (costs one wrong guess)
